IFS Supervision/Consultation

If you are a clinician seeking to further your growth as an IFS therapist, I offer individual and group opportunities to continue developing your self-leadership in a clinical context.

We all need spaces where we can be honest about the struggles we face in being with ourselves and others in psychotherapy. I hope that IFS consultation can be a hospitable space for clinicians where they are free to explore whatever may be blocking them from being fully present and self-led in the therapeutic context. Most of my consultation work targets mastering of the two-way relation between yourself and your parts, creating pathways towards unblending more before, during, and after sessions. Through discussion, role play, teaching, and modeling IFS skills and concepts, supported inner exploring, and reviewing recordings, you will become more skilled in cultivating a self-led clinical presence with your clients.

Individual Consultation

I bring my 15+ years of clinical experience and 8+ years of supervisor experience and work with the IFS model to help you become a self-led practitioner. I formally completed Level 1 training through the Internal Family Systems Institute in 2020, scheduled to complete Level 2 in 2024 and am in process of IFS certification. My areas of clinical interest include complex trauma and CPTSD, eating disorders, perinatal mental health, depression & anxiety, couples therapy, transgenerational trauma/legacy burdens, spirituality, religious trauma, unattached burdens, somatic integration, and cross-cultural issues.

Individual consultation sessions are held on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis virtually or at my office in Glen Ellyn, IL (USA).

Contact me today to set up a free 15-minute call to discuss your needs and explore a potential fit.

Group Consultation

Join us as we pause, welcome your hard-working Healer parts, and tend to your IFS questions and challenges. Consultation groups are about building community and continuity, offering a safe space to practice your skills as well as share your clinical questions, vulnerabilities, and victories. There are several different types of groups being offered:

  • Intro to IFS—perfect for those new to the model

  • Practice Groups—small groups that have practice (rather than discussion) as a focus; great for those who already have some experience with the model

  • Consultation Groups—small groups that offer a mixture of teaching, discussion, practice and peer support; great for those who already have some experience with the model
