Supporting your journey through the Internal Family Systems model—whether you're healing, growing, or guiding others.
Welcome. If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re curious about how Internal Family Systems (IFS) can support you, your clients, or your professional development. IFS is more than a method—it's a compassionate and empowering way of understanding the human experience. Whether you’re seeking personal healing, clinical support, or opportunities to grow as a practitioner, I offer a range of services rooted in the IFS model to meet you where you are.
IFS Therapy
Healing through Self-leadership
IFS therapy offers a non-pathologizing, deeply respectful approach to healing. I work with adults who are ready to explore their inner world with curiosity and care. Together, we gently get to know the parts of you that carry pain, protect, or feel stuck—helping you connect with your core Self so that true healing can begin. My practice is inclusive, trauma-informed, and grounded in over 16 years of clinical experience.
Available in-person in Glen Ellyn, IL or virtually through PSYPACT across 48 states.
IFS Consultation & Supervision
Deepen your confidence and clarity as an IFS practitioner
Whether you're new to IFS or well along in your journey, consultation offers a space to reflect, refine, and reconnect with your Self as a clinician. I provide supportive consultation for therapists who are seeking to integrate IFS more fully into their work. This includes individual and group consultation, as well as support for those pursuing certification or simply wanting to grow their inner alignment and clinical skill.
IFS Workshops & Trainings
For those who want to bring more Self-leadership into the world
I regularly offer trainings and experiential workshops focused on both clinical application of the IFS model and its integration into leadership, business, and personal growth. Topics include working with trauma, unattached burdens, and cultivating Self-led business ownership. Workshops are ideal for advanced practitioners, organizations, and training groups looking to expand their IFS-informed lens.
